Our 10-year factory warranty covers normal wear and tear of the mattress, such as gradual flattening or sagging due to regular use. It does not cover damage from chewing, scratching, or other destructive behavior. To file a claim, you’ll need to provide proof of purchase and photos of the issue. If approved, we’ll repair or replace your mattress.

We want you and your dog to be 100% satisfied! You have 30 days from the date you receive your bed to request a return or refund if there are any issues, such as damaged, lost, or mislabeled products. Contact us with your order number and a detailed description of the issue, and we’ll guide you through the next steps.

Since we are a small family owned business and because each Tydee Dog's Furever Bed is made with care and attention to detail, please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery. Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a notification with tracking information so you can monitor its progress.

This bed is not intended for puppies. If you are looking for your Furever Bed I would wait until the puppy is out of their chewing faze (usually after the first 12months or so) as the warranty is not covered by destruction by chewing or tearing.

Cleaning is simple! The mattress cover can be machine washed on a delicate cycle using cold water—just remember to dry on low or air dry only. For the Poe Fiber mattress, you can hose it down outside or rinse it in the shower, then hang it to dry. Avoid using a dryer or any heat source on any part of the bed.

Currently, we offer the Tydee Dog Bed in 2 sizes. Our Medium size is suitable for dogs up to approximately 55 lbs 35 x 23.5 x 6 inches. Our Large size is 52 x 27.5 x 6 inches suitable for larger breads like German Shepards, Labs, Golden Retrievers etc.

You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.
