  • At Tydee Dog, we stand behind the quality of our products, which is why we offer a 10-year factory warranty on our pet beds. Our warranty is designed to give you peace of mind, knowing that your investment in a Tydee Dog Bed is protected against manufacturing defects and normal wear and tear.

    • Warranty Coverage:
      The 10-year warranty covers only normal wear and tear of the mattress. This includes:

      • Gradual deterioration of the mattress material over time.
      • Flattening or sagging of the mattress that occurs with regular use.

    • Exclusions:
      The warranty does not cover damage caused by:

      • Chewing, scratching, or other destructive behavior by pets.
      • Accidents, misuse, or abuse of the product.
      • Any modifications or alterations to the mattress.
      • Damage resulting from improper care or cleaning.

      Example: If your dog chews the mattress, the warranty will be null and void, and this type of damage will not be covered.

    • Warranty Claims Process:

      • To initiate a warranty claim, you must provide clear photos of the mattress and a detailed description of the issue.
      • Each claim will be thoroughly reviewed to verify if the issue falls under our warranty coverage.
      • If approved, we will repair or replace the mattress at no cost to you. This does not include shipping cost.  Customer would have to pay for shipping. 

    • Proof of Purchase:
      A valid proof of purchase is required to process any warranty claims. This includes the original receipt or order confirmation.

    • Non-Transferable:
      The warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser of the product.

    • How to File a Claim:
      If you believe your mattress has a defect covered by our warranty, please contact our customer service team with your proof of purchase and photos of the mattress. We will guide you through the claim process and inform you of the next steps.
