2. **Eligibility:** You may return or request a refund for your product within 30 days of receipt if: - The product is damaged during transit. - The product is lost or not delivered. - The product is mislabeled or incorrect. - The product has any manufacturing defects.

 

3. **Reporting an Issue:** If any of the above issues occur, please report it to us within the 30-day window. Be sure to include your order number and a detailed description of the issue.

 

4. **Evaluation and Communication:** Once you report an issue, our team will evaluate the situation. We will communicate the next steps to you, which may include returning the product, issuing a refund, or sending a replacement.

 

5. **Return Process:** If a return is required, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the product. Returned products must be in their original packaging and in the condition in which they were received.
